Capabilities Snapshot

This section highlights the equipment, processes, and flexibility we bring to each project. We work with both customer-supplied tooling and tooling built to customer specifications, allowing us to support a wide range of production needs.

Materials

We work with a wide range of engineering and commodity plastics, including High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Acetal (POM), Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV), and Glass-Filled Nylon. We also process additional materials and custom blends based on your application requirements, helping ensure the right balance of strength, durability, and performance for your project.

Machine Range

We operate 9 injection molding machines ranging from 50-ton to 880-ton capacity, including several presses in the 200- to 500-ton range. This range allows us to handle a wide variety of part sizes and production needs — from small precision components to larger, more demanding molded parts.

Part Size & Volume

We produce a wide range of plastic part sizes, from small components to larger molded parts within our machine capacity. Operating on a single-shift schedule allows us to maintain consistent quality and attention to detail while supporting prototype runs, short-run production, and ongoing manufacturing needs.

Secondary Operations

We handle assembly, trimming, drilling, packaging, and finishing to support your product requirements and production needs.
